iConsult is a consultancy company with focus on practical, operational services in Greenland. iConsult is owned by Ilja Leo Lang, who has a Masters Degree in Political Science. Through his studies at the University of Copenhagen Ilja Lang acquired a thorough knowledge about Greenland and the Arctic. In 2008 his thesis about Greenland was published by Videnskabsbutikken Publishing House (ISBN: 9788791903540).

Ilja has several years of experience as a lecturer, expedition team member, and guide in Greenland. Among the vessels he has worked on are MS Fram - the most recent expedition ship operated by Hurtigruten and the Greenlandic coast ship Sarfaq Ittuk.
He has a degree from the Danish School of Journalism and has worked as a guide in most cities on Greenlands west coast. Among them are: Narsarsuaq, Qassiarsuk, Igaliku, Narsaq, Qaqortoq, Nuuk, Kangerlussuaq, Sisimiut, Asiat, Qeqertarsuaq, Ilulissat, Uummannaq and Ukkusissat.
The owner of iConsult is a certified NEO PI-R consultant and test administrator and has a qualifying exam in professional psychological testing. Since the beginning of 2009, iConsult has recruited a total of 23 persons for the company Arctic Adventure. Ilja is a certified project manager from Niels Brock Business College Besides in Copenhagen Ilja has lived in Berlin, London, Oslo, New York and Sydney. He is an avid traveler and has traveled in most of Europe, Mexico, Argentina, Japan, USA, and of course, Greenland. Through long term stays in English and German speaking countries, Ilja, whos native language is Danish, has become fluent in both English and German.
