Arctic Adventure, Copenhagen
In early 2009 iConsult recruited 23 employees for the company Arctic Adventure. Besides the recruitment process iConsult was responsible for various practical and administrative tasks such as training the new employees and introducing them to the company.

Hurtigruten, Narvik
From May to October 2009 iConsult will become a part of the practical and operational tasks aboard the expedition ship MS Fram.Among the daily tasks aboard is holding a series of talks about Greenland, its history, culture and society to the ship's guests in Danish, English and German. iConsult also worked aboard MS Fram during the summer of 2008.

Sarfaq Ittuk, Arctic Umiaq Line, Nuuk
In 2007 Ilja worked for three months for the company Arctic Umiaq Line, which owns and operates the Greenlandic coast ship Sarfaq Ittuk. During the summer of 2008 he worked three weeks aboard the vessel.
